Please note the Estates Helpdesk online form is now working again and the outstanding works requests and job enquiries are being processed as quickly as possible.

The procedure for logging new Estates Calls is included on the Estates website. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.

Please note that there is an issue currently with the Estates Helpdesk accessing online works requests and job enquiries since Thursday 5 July, 1pm.

This is being looked into as a matter of urgency.
If you have any urgent matters or queries, please can you use the following procedure:
 
1.   If the matter is urgent/an emergency please call the helpdesk as usual (Ext. 16666/ 0115 951 6666).
2.   If your request needs action within this week please send an e-mail (BW-EstatesHelpdesk@exmail.nottingham.ac.uk) to help desk with all details (as though you were inputting on the form).
3.   Any non-urgent jobs - please still use the online form (note – there may be a delayed response to non-urgent jobs whilst system issues are resolved).
4.   If you have already put through a job ticket since the 5 July and it is required this week please can you send details through by e-mail so we can action for you.
