Echo report that all issues around mobile browsing are now resolved

The echo360 mobile APP is experiencing problems when using interactive slides.
Most Android devices and some IOS device are unable to load the interactive slides.
Use on iPads and laptops don’t look to be affected at this time.
Echo360 are aware of the issue and are investigating into this urgently.
