Following a period of monitoring, the issue that affected the Eduroam service is now considered to be resolved.

Access to the Eduroam wireless network for those users of the service who lost connectivity has been restored.

If you are still unable to connect, please do the following:
  1. Click the Network icon on the lower corner of your screen
  2. Click Network Settings
  3. Click Manage Wi-Fi Settings
  4. Under Manage Known Networks, click Eduroam
  5. Click Forget
  6. Reconnect again.

Information Services is investigating an issue where Windows devices cannot connect to Eduroam wi-fi. Most mobile devices and Mac laptops seem to not be affected.

In all cases reported so far, using the Forget Network function and reconnecting resolves the issue:

  1. Click the Network icon on the lower corner of your screen
  2. Click Network Settings
  3. Click Manage Wi-Fi Settings
  4. Under Manage Known Networks, click Eduroam
  5. Click Forget
  6. Reconnect again.
