The issues affecting personal timetables are believed to be resolved.

We are continuing to experience some issues relating to the MyCal application and timetable information within the MyNottingham mobile application.

This is under urgent investigation however please be aware that you can access your timetable directly as follows:

The issue that was preventing the display of personal timetables via the MyNottingham app and generating an error message after logging in to MyCal has been addressed.

Users should now be able to login to MyCal (https://mycal.nottingham.ac.uk) although there may be a delay before the details are reflected in the MyNottingham mobile app.

If you are still unable to access your personal timetable via the mobile app tomorrow, please log out of the app and then back in. If you continue to experience problems, please let us know.

We are aware of an issue that's preventing some users from accessing their personal timetable via MyCal and the MyNottingham mobile app.

This is under investigation.

In the meantime, you can access your personal teaching timetable directly via https://timetabling.nottingham.ac.uk and your exam timetable via https://portal.nottingham.ac.uk
