Following extensive monitoring of services, we are confident that the issues that affected multiple services are now resolved and these services have remained stable for a week since our last remedial change.

Investigation is continuing into the incident affecting performance for services including:

  • Supportworks
  • Resourcelink
  • Room Bookings
  • Raiser's Edge

No further incidents have have been reported but Information Services will continue to monitor the situation closely.

There are problems affecting multiple services this morning. Currently known to be affected are:

  • Resourcelink
  • Room Bookings
  • Supportworks client and self service portal

Information Services is investigating this issue as a matter of the highest priority.
