Removing from the IT Status Page - the Support desktop was decommissioned in August.

Please note that the Support Desktop and Remote Desktop Gateway access via Citrix is unavailable. This desktop will not be made available and alternative arrangements for remote support should be used. We do offer Remote Desktop Gateway access which can be found on the Workspace.
