Although the Room Booking service is currently available, it should be considered to be 'at risk' whilst we work with our third party supplier to address an issue with the underlying platform.

We will continue to monitor the service closely.

As part of work to fix underlying issues with the Room Bookings service, there may be a short period of outage to the service at 14:30.

Access to the Room Booking service has been restored however booking requests are being processed manually currently. Please therefore check any bookings via 'My Bookings'.

Please also be aware that the Room Booking system is currently sending duplicate emails for every booking currently made for 19/20. If you have already received a confirmation email please ignore and delete the message.

Access to the Room Booking service continues to be unavailable and we are working with our third party supplier to resolve this as soon as possible.

In the meantime, updates will be provided via the IT Status Page.

The Room Booking service is currently unavailable and generates a 'Failure' message after login.

This is under investigation.
