1. On first log on, some employees are being asked to ‘answer’ a security question before they have ‘set the answer’ to the security question. Whilst this is only affecting a small number of users we are actively exploring a resolution to this problem. In the meantime any employees affected by this should contact the IT Service Desk, tel: 0115 95 16677 or via the IT Self Service Portal at https://selfservice.nottingham.ac.uk/sw/selfservice/.
